*Yoga Chaitanya Kendra* brings to you an easy but powerful recipe that will help increasing *haemoglobin* in the blood. Elderly family members can surely benefit from it.

*Iron-rich Laddu*
Ingredients: For one person, one serving (two laddus).
30-gram flattened rice(पोहे),
30-gram dates( 3-4 dates) (खजूर),
One spoonful of Ghee.

*How to prepare laddus?*
1. Take pohe and dates, combine both and grind in a mixer to make a paste.

2. Put some ghee in pan and fry the paste for 2 minutes on low flame.

3. Once the mixture cools down, shape it into laddu and serve.

The laddus will be edible for a week max.

You can have this iron-rich laddu once or twice a week.

Tip:1
*Drink Amla Juice daily.*
How to make Amla Juice at home?

*Ingredients: For one person.*
Amla 150 gram(4-5 Amlas),
1 inch Ginger,
A pinch of black paper(काळीमिरी),
A pinch of salt.

*How to prepare the juice?*
Take Amla and Ginger, blend it in mixer for 2 minutes then add the salt and black paper, blend it again for a few seconds.
You can strain it by using a clean cloth or sieve.
The juice is ready!

*One serving of this juice will cover your body's daily need for vitamin C.*

Vitamin C is necessary to repair and grow the tissues and boost immunity.
