It is an amazing feeling to be able to bring life in this world. How fortunate are we that you allowed us to be a tiny part of this process.

One of our students recently delivered the cutest baby boy. An awe-inspiring moment for us all. This is her in her 8th month doing a supported rope shirshasana with the help of Najeeb sir.

We were delighted to know that the mother and baby both are healthy and doing great.
