Idhya wellbeing space is glad to announce “Sound Journeys” with Sound Healing India for the second time.
In the series of sessions, an individual can learn to work on his lifestyle issues like stress, sleeplessness, insomnia, anxiety, overthinking patterns, aches & pains, etc.
These sessions will equip you with the tools required to self-regulate.
What is a sound journey?
Sound Journey is a one month long session where we will explore & experience the role of “sound” and its “therapeutic benefits” on our physical body, mind & spirit.
Breath is a pattern, is a wave. The up & down movement, the inhalations & the exhalations depends upon our mental & emotional state, indeed our internal state. All of the unsettled, unsafe, unhappy, unpleasant, fearful, worrisome, insecure, etc incidents increase the pace of our breath while the opposite allows us breathe normally. Hence, we must learn to “breathe consciously”. The most effective & a proven way to improve our breathing patterns is through Sound to heal ourselves. Thus, the Sound Journeys.

⁃ Every session will include theory, a technique & meditation
⁃ Prior registrations are mandatory & it is compulsory to attend all 4 sessions
⁃ No recordings or repetition of any of these sessions will be possible as each session is designed uniquely for a particular day.
⁃ This is an in person session
⁃ Each participant will work on his/her personal concerns/issues if any
⁃ The whole experience is based upon the theory & fundamentals of Nãda Yoga & Sound as a subject
