Hiii everyone......how r u ? Hope u guys r doing well during the pandemic era........as we all know the third wave of covid 19 is going on.........so here are few tips to manage ur health issues during the situation bcoj it's not safe to rush to the hospital...........
*first of all ......Be positive in every situation bcoj positivity always boost ur immunity...........
*Do exercise or Yoga at least for 30 mins......
*take a regular & good quality of sleep..
*expose urself in early morning sunlight.
*follow a right pattern of meal plan....& include 5 food group in ur meal........like cereal serving,pulses, milk product ,fruits &vegetables,nuts & seeds.........
* include seasonal vegetables and fruits in ur diet....
* keep senetizing ur groceries & things whatever u get home....
Stay safe ,stay home & wear mask.

Hello everyone.....
As we all know.... It's corona time & we r sanitizing everything whatever we get home including vegetables....... Many of us are washing the veggies with detergent or any other soap kind of thing...... Guys this is not the right way to disinfect the vegetables bcoz the skin of vegetables have open pore & the detergent and soap can pe*****te easily into the skin of veg......which can disturb ur GI tract & u may have infection or bloating or any other Gi problem.....conditions could be worse with them who have PUD...... So please don't wash the vegetables with these things.... For the safe purpose use thick skin fruits and veggies which u can peel off....
Here r few tips to disinfect ur fruit & veggies....
* put some baking powder in luke warm water & soak the fruit and vegetables for sometime. .... If possible expose it in sunlight for sometime....
* put some vinegar in luke warm water & do the same Procedure.
If you don't have anything available at home use regular salt & do the same.....

Hello everyone......
As we all know that lockdown period is going on.........& many of us r facing so many health issues bcoz we r having a very sedentary lifestyle............ physical activity has decreased & no. Of meals has increased... So it may lead many fitness issue like obesity, bloating, insomnia....... So what we can do to prevent from it... .... ...... Here r few tips which u can follow....
1- try to follow a meal pattern............
-Have a glass of Luke warm water before starting ur day........... Then Do some exercise & Yoga
-Your first meal is very important so Have ur breakfast before 8 am....bcoz that time ur BMR is high so it will metabolize fast..... & prepare ur body for the day......u can have Poha /Daliya/any veg stuff paratha with curd, oats........... Please don't take tea & coffee with the meal bcoz the caffeine which is present in it will hinder the nutrilization of the meal..... If u r Habbited to it u can have it 2 hrs before the meal.
- come to the mid meal.... It is necessary to have a mid meal bcoz it satisfy ur cravings & prevent from overeating.... Which may lead obesity........ U can have any seasonal fruits, Dryfruit or a green tea as ur mid meal. ............ Have it before 11 am.
-it's lunch time now......
U can have Dal/Sabzi, Roti/rice, full plate of salad, curd/buttermilk.......in this lockdown period we have so many options........... So u can have what is available to u...... If u r obese...... Make sure that food should be cook in less oil.... Or try to control ur portion sizes.lunch should be done before 2pm.
-Now it's tea time..... U can have homemade roasted poha namkeen or roasted makhana or kurmura bhel or roasted chana.... With ur normal tea or green tea.
-if u r craving & wanna have a pre dinner snack then u can have any fruit .
- dinner should be very light.... Bcoz this time ur BMR is so low.... U can have veg Dal khichdi, or Roti/sabzi/ Dal, full plate of salad.....please don't go direct to the bed after having the dinner....... Do some physical activity or sit in padmasana for the sometime............
Keep urself hydrated........

It may possible that u have a strong immune system but still ur body is able to carry the corona virus.... Precoution is always better then cure....So Don't go outside when it is not necessary.... Keep sanitizing urself.......... Follow the ..... stay at home.... Stay safe......

It's perfectly fine to have ur fev. food on Sunday.... Bcoj it's a cheatday........ Even it's not so unhealthy as u thin...

It helps u to replenish ur glycogen store & stores the energy for the week....... Even sometimes having different types of food can give you a instant cal. Shock....... Which helps u to reduce weight... When u get stuck at a point......... So include ur fev. homecooked food in ur ......without any worries........

Since,the whole world is fighting with corona virus(Covid 19).So it is very difficult to prevent from it because there is no vaccine available in medical industry. So the question is, How can u prevent from it..
A small change in ur lifestyle can keep u healthy......
So all my non vegetarian friends.... Please stay away from non veg food for somedays.
*Ur body has natural fighter to prevent any kind of virus.... Which is called immune system.... So by boosting ur immunity u can stay away any kind of decease..... So include vitamin c rich food in ur diet like colourful fruits & veggie...... It should be seasonable.
*Drink Atleast 1 cup of lemen tea on daily basis.
* Don't skip any meal of the day, Bcoj it makes ur immune system weak..
*Include antioxidants like green tea or herbal tea or Detox water in ur daily routine.
* Drink Atleast 8-10 glass of water...... Preferable luke warm to wash of all toxins from ur body to function well.
* take proper sleep atleast 7-8 hrs.
* Do regular exercise..
* keep urself stress free & stay happy because stress inhibits ur body to function well.....
In short, eat well, Drink well, sleep well....... Stay happy & healthy.....
