"Unlike the average person, I always found myself cycling through diets for specific reasons, only to revert to my old habits once I achieved my goals. Over time, I came to understand that cultivating a mindset geared towards healthy eating and living is crucial, though it's a gradual process that doesn't happen overnight. I began immersing myself in the habits of athletes, fitness enthusiasts, and nutritionists, recognizing that staying active required initial effort but eventually became ingrained in my lifestyle. I realized that nutrition played a pivotal role and sought to take control of it. Seeking oversight in my dietary choices, I connected with Sneha, a remarkable mentor. I expressed to her my desire for weight loss to naturally occur as a byproduct of a healthy lifestyle. Instead of adhering strictly to prescribed diet plans, I would regularly communicate with Sneha via WhatsApp, detailing almost everything I consumed throughout the day (with a touch of humor). Occasional indulgences were acceptable, but the key lay in maintaining consistency and striving for incremental improvements daily, rather than resorting to drastic and unsustainable changes.
