Nutrition and excersize is equally important to get perfect body composition. Loosing fats and improving health is a combo kit of both, the correct nutrition + good excersize.
The reason is we do work out maximum for 2 hours, but rest 22 hours is what we eat.
Keep observing about your eating habits. Do not over eat. Say no to cravings for sugar and carbohydrates. This basic trick will help you loose fats.

I often see people eating carbohydrates assuming they are eating something healthy. For them it is gluten free and sugar free. Like the ancient saying,"half knowledge is more dangerous than zero knowledge".
Gluten free and sugar free is healthy for sure but what about PROCESSED ❓
People literally drink sugar free cold drinks 🤦 but note the point that it is still unhealthy and even that so called DIET cold drink will also make glucose after entering in your system. So choose wisely and eat correctly. Health is the key for happy life.
