1:This asana should be performed from both the sides.
2:Some people can easily do with left side and some people can easily do with right side.
3:But doing with both the sides is difficult for some people.
4:This is because of lack of flexibility quadriceps, hips, lower back, hamstrings muscle.
5:So,following Stretches will help you to do low lunge posture.
● Hip flexor stretch against the wall.
● Quadriceps Stretch.
