We are thrilled to share the resounding success of EAGLE 117 Live Hysterolaparoscopy Workshop, held on 14th September 2025 at Dr. S. N. Medical College, Jodhpur. 🌸

An obstetrician and gynecologist can do wonders beyond the imagination. They don’t just heal, they create… they weave science with soul, precision with passion, and culture with creativity.

What I witnessed with Dr. Padmalata and her Karimnagar Society team was nothing short of breathtaking. Their performance was a shooting of perfection—an expression where every move spoke of devotion, every gesture reflected our rich culture, and every smile radiated their love for what they do.

Their humility touched me deeply. They graciously gave me the credit of guidance, but the truth is—this brilliance was entirely theirs. Their thinking, their energy, their commitment, and their passion brought this cultural dance alive in the most enchanting way.

We are thrilled to announce the successful completion of EAGLE #115, a comprehensive laparoscopy workshop held on September 7, 2025, at the Raichur Institute of Medical College (RIMS), Raichur, Karnataka.

FOGSI proudly congratulates Dr. Sunita Tandulwadkar, 63rd President of FOGSI, on receiving the prestigious award for the 2025 Presidential Project—Sampoorna: Swastha Janm Abhiyan.

The award was presented by Hon. Deputy Minister of State for Health and Family Welfare of India, Mrs. Anupriya Patel, in the gracious presence of MLA Mr. Awasthi and Dr. Meera Agnihotri.

Sampoorna represents a transformative shift in maternal and neonatal healthcare, placing preconception care at the heart of safe motherhood and long-term health outcomes. As India moves toward reducing maternal mortality below 70 by 2030, this project reaffirms the power of early intervention and structured care.

We celebrate this milestone as a proud moment for FOGSI and thank Dr. Sunita and the entire team for their visionary work and dedication.

We are thrilled to report the resounding success of the EAGLE #112 Project Laparoscopy Workshop! ✨
📅 On August 23, 2025, the Surgery OT complex at Mahadevappa Rampure Medical College, Kalaburagi, Gulbarga, Karnataka was buzzing with surgical and academic energy. It was an honor to host this incredible learning event organized by the OBG Department.

Workshop Highlights:
👩‍⚕️ 75 enthusiastic participants joined us for a day of intensive learning.
🔬 4 live surgeries were performed, including Total Laparoscopic Hysterectomies, Diagnostic Hystero-Laparoscopy for cervical stenosis, and a diagnostic hysteroscopy for a missing Copper T.
Kudos to our brilliant operating faculty Dr. Prabha D. Desai, Dr. Santosh Rathod, and Dr. Sushma Kural for their masterful demonstrations. The insightful academic lectures on Pelvic Anatomy, Safe Entry Techniques, and Hysteroscopy Principles provided a strong foundation for the live sessions.

The interactive Q&A sessions and the active participation of postgraduate residents were truly inspiring. We appreciate all the positive feedback and are excited to incorporate the suggestions for more interactive case discussions in the future.
