Aajkal you tube , Social media par jo yoga bataya jata hai Real yoga usse kafi alag aur deeper level par kaam karta hai.

Yoga Mat par jakar body movement karna , thode asana perform karna , yoga day par Surya namaskar Challenge ke liye 108 Surya namaskar karna ye sab Yoga nahi hai.

💠योगश्चित्तवृत्ति निरोधः ।
I.e apne मन ke वृत्ति i.e Thought process ko stable rakhna ye Real Yoga hai.

💠समत्वं योग उच्यते । ( भगवद्गीता )
Abandoning attachment to success and failure is Yoga.
समत्वं is the ability to keep mind stable in all conditions of life .
जीवन के हर सुख दुःख में एक समान रहना ही योग है।

❓Toh fir Yoga Class me Mat par yoga teachers jo sikhate hai wo kya hai ??
🔸Asana, pranayam are the steps to reach the stage of Yoga .
1️⃣ यम focus on how we interact with other
2️⃣ नियम guide our personal discipline and spiritual growth.
3️⃣ आसन a steady and comfortable posture.
4️⃣ प्राणायाम is control of Breath or Breathing practice
5️⃣ प्रत्याहार gaining control over how your senses react to external stimuli
6️⃣ धारणा concentration or focused attention
7️⃣ ध्यान the state of meditation or contemplation,
8️⃣ समाधि the ultimate state of consciousness.

So to attain a real yogi state we have to go through these 8 limbs.

Ayurvedic medicine are easily available over the Counter and people take it without any prescription, without knowing the Actual dose and how long one should take it.

And later on they blame Ayurvedic medicine to cause liver damage, Kidney damage and what not!!!

Ayurvedic Doctors who take only 4-5 minutes to check patients and prescribing medicine are equally responsible for this !!

Because if a Vaidya goes to check the patient Ayurvedically as explained in literature and does needed examination #; 4-5 minutes can never be enough !!!

Without knowing dietary history, family history, previous medical history etc taking a medicine is equal to consuming a Poison.

Always remember Ayurveda can't be compared with anything.
Each and every pathy is different and Ayurveda is the science which has come before all other .

When you Compare it you ultimately put your self in Confusion.

When we basically take admission in BAMS we are first taught the history of Ayurveda and most of Students begins to doubt about the practical implications of Ayurveda. Even I'm one of them 😜
When I was in 1st year even I used to think usefullness of this Field.

But when you go to the depth of Ayurveda then you will realise that not any Pathy can Compete Ayurveda.

And You Start your Journey remember everyone's Path can be different but our goal should be same .

For some the path of reaching to the goal of Learning and Spreading the knowledge of Ayurveda can be easy and for some it can be tough but never loose your Faith.

If you trust it This Veda will definitely give you more than you ever thought of ❣️
