Today, I want to share something exciting from recent Times of India article that I also emphasize to my clients and personally never skip: Meditation.

A study revealed that regular meditation can keep your brain younger. Using brain scans, researchers found that at age 50, meditators' brains appear 7.5 years younger than non-meditators. Moreover, for every year after 50, their brains age nearly 2 months slower. This suggests that meditation not only preserves brain structure but also slows cognitive aging.

So, investing in just few minutes daily in mindfulness can be powerful tool for long-term brain health.
