You see the final product, the workshops, the content and ofcourse the therapist! But the magic is in the “in-betweens.” 🌼

As a mental wellness entrepreneur, my “work” isn’t just one thing.

It’s the strategic therapy sessions, the late-night research when creative hat gets on, the clinical hours, and the quiet moments of reflection that keep the vision alive.

I’m choosing to midnfully romanticize the hustle. It doesn’t mean I am delusional or pushing myself towards burnout over and over again. Rather, focusing on the positives alongside the challenges in building an honest mental wellness business.

If you have been following my page and supporting my work in anyway - Thank you! 😇🩵

There’s a psychological reason your feed looks like 2016 again. 🕰️✨

As a psychologist, I find the current “2016-core” trend fascinating. We aren’t just missing the music or the fashion; we are missing a specific neurological state of ease. In 2016, social media was a tool for connection, not just a marketplace for attention. We lived in a “pre-optimized” world where mistakes felt human rather than permanent.

In 2026, as we navigate the complexities of AI and a hyper-connected society, our brains are signaling a need for Digital Minimalist Joy. Nostalgia isn’t just “living in the past.” When I thought of writing this post, I was nostalgic too - Thinking about my messy hair back then and trying to get a hang of the ‘CGM’ method for my curly hair or thinking of quitting my HR job back then after making an imperfect but first time canvas painting at one of the art workshops at the office!

But, a thought struck my mind. When we use nostalgia correctly, it becomes a tool for emotional regulation. It reminds us of a version of ourselves that knew how to play, how to be messy, and how to exist without a filter.

The Question(s): Which version of you lived in 2016, and what part of them do you need to invite back in this new year? Swipe through for more reflective questions. 💜

“I will be there to observe how you lead today’s session.” - I said. But I was in for a surprise when I let my guard down and became the participant!

At Innate Mind, we launched online support group for women. Today, led the first session beautifully! One of the participants noted how this support group did not feel clinical but rather a comforting space to be, share and learn from eachother’s stories. I can’t agree more with it!

Shivani made the entire process so easy for us. I shared my recent experiences and voiced my feelings that I was unable to due to the hustle bustle of daily life. I am truly grateful to be a part of it. And even more to see her leading it so compassionately. 🩷

If you are looking for a support group for women, this might be it. We conduct weekly Friday sessions. Get more details and register scan the QR code or visit the link in bio.

See you 🌸

In the busy lanes of urban India, we’ve fought hard for our right to take up space. But as we moved from the streets to the screen, the shadows followed us. 📱🌑

For many women, a “ping” on their phone isn’t just a notification—it’s a moment of anxiety. Between targeted harassment, AI edited photos and the normalization of sexualized threats, the “rape culture” we fight offline has found a loud, anonymous home online.

This isn’t just about “trolls.” It’s about:
❌ The anxiety that lingers long after the screen goes dark.
❌ The opportunities lost when women choose to stay silent to stay safe.
❌ The mental toll of constant hyper-vigilance.

Your digital wellbeing is not an afterthought. It is the foundation of your peace. It’s time we stop asking women to “ignore it” and start demanding a digital world that is safe by design.

Have you ever felt your digital peace being compromised? Let’s talk.

Life lately wrapped in self-compassion 👩🏻‍🦱

I have been showing up on my stories daily. For a change, I thought of sharing a post!

In the past couple of months -

Your therapist started therapy and stayed consistent. She talked, expressed, rationalised, pondered and cried her heart out.

She created a new space to conduct therapy sessions in her new home (Yes! I got married this year and adjusting to a new home space means this too.)

She connected with nature which always felt therapeutic to her. Every trip brought her closer to it and her soul.

She became a plant mom and she is just getting started. Isn’t it a lovely feeling to wake up to see a plant at your window? That is the motivation!

She colored her hair plum after a decade of scrolling through those photos on Instagram and Pinterest!

She enjoyed the festivities to the fullest and embarked on learning about new rituals. In the process, she gave her spiritual part a chance.

She read more. Initially, it was just a goal for her on Goodreads. But, the joy of reading was more than ticking off the goal.

She enjoyed conducting workshops online and offline. It’s because of the wonderful opportunities, she realised how much she loves doing this!

She challenged her mind & body in ways she may not have known. Her journey only made her thick-skinned and true to herself.

She held onto faith and gratitude amidst challenges. She realised that it’s just a testing phase and eventually things happen for the best.

The best part of this journey? I paused and reflected. It helped me and I hope it helps you too!

Self-compassionate prompts for you:
What part of your life do you want to improve?
What makes you most alive?
What tells you that you need a break?

Sending you love & strength. 😊

I started the Instagram story series because I wanted to share my well-being journey with complete honesty. I have often noticed influencers portraying a glamorous journey that is far from reality! I just wanted to stay genuine. 🩵

I had no idea of the impact it would have on others! Soon, the series grew to inspire not just me but also my followers. Swipe to read some of the messages I received in my DMs.

So, are you with me? Have you seen my story? If not, go check it out! ☺️
