Everyone’s overwhelmed by information right now.
More rules, more trends, more pressure to “fix everything.”

But inflammation doesn’t need intensity.
It needs nourishment and stability.

These three steps will give your body just this.

1. Pigmented foods heal the body in ways we are yet to fully understand. Having green, orange and purple colour vegetables is gold standard for everyone, even if you don’t have inflammation related issues.

2. Gluten - this is one of the first things that needs to exit your home. Switch to indigenous rice varieties instead.

3. Intense works will cause more inflammation. Slower workouts are again a good standard.

When you reduce the load on your gut, your nervous system, and your hormones, the body starts doing what it’s meant to do — heal.

These aren’t dramatic changes.
They’re boring, sustainable ones.
And that’s exactly why they work.
