2 previous IVF done at a reputed Centre gave 4 poor quality eggs in 1 cycle.

Injections for egg growth started in 2nd cycle, but canceled due to no egg growth.

Both times short antagonist protocol was attempted.

Came to us after 2 years of previous attempts.
AMH 1.23, wanting self eggs for IVF only.

Husband's semen counts and DFI normal.

We gave her treatment to improve the egg count and quality for 3 months.

Did Long agonist protocol with Menopur 450 (one of the best Injections available).

We got 8 eggs, 5 fertilised (IVF done) 3 embryos transferred.

Bang. 2 pink lines.

She's carrying 2 beautiful twins.

Sharing a very interesting and happy outcome.

43 YO
OD IVF - 3 cycles done elsewhere - failed.

She was perimenopausal when she was referred to us.

FSH, LH raised.

We did OD IVF and stored blasts.

1 st FET done with estrogen as no AFC on day 2 - failed.

ERA test done & hysteroscopy done - both normal.

2 nd FET done again with Estrogen as again no AFCs - again negative.

3rd FET cycle started - saw 2 AFCs so took a chance with my favorite Letrozole given for 8 days.

Last 2 Blasts transferred - 2 pink lines.

Really appreciate the couple's steadfastness and sticking to us.

Common Causes of Abnormal Vaginal Discharge
