This is the 1st one

If u are someone who is a beginner start with some hand strengthening excercises rather than directly going for planks.

Note:
1) Keep your legs and hands super strong, distribute your weight so that entire pressure doesn't come on your hands

2) Keep your Abdominal muscles tight

3) Shoulders might crunch but gently Roll them and widen

How to be consistent ????

1) Set a Fitness goal (according to What is fitness for you)

2) Set a deadline

3) Make it a PRIORITY

4) Just start whatever time you wake up, where you are, what are clothes are etc. FORGET EVERYTHING AND JUST START

5) In few days THIS WILL BE AUTOMOTIC

But only Loving yourself, accepting yourself will allow you to work at your highest potential, challenge yourself, create what you have always desired and make wonders.

Self love allows you to choose things that nurtures you, paves way to develop a positive mindset, broadens your perception and so much more.

For me self love is accepting my emotions,
Allowing myself to make mistakes, being proud of my achievements, laughing at my stupidity.

Bhujangasana - The Cobra pose
This asana involves backward bending of spine.

Sequence:
1) Lie in the stomach, legs straight, feet together, toes pointing outwards
2) Fold arms at the elbows, palms down
3) Keep forehead on mat
4) Inhaling raise only the upper portion of the body above the waist.
5) Exhaling keep your forehead on the mat.

Benefits:
1) Corrects posture
2) Tones up the abdominal muscles
3) Helps in keeping spine flexible
4) Helps in menstrual disorders
5) Alleviates constipation

Note:
Maintain the elbows in position, see that it does not extend outwards

Strengthening of hands is very important, as it assists you in doing and holding of advanced postures, poses and in your overall workout.

These 7 can help you to strengthen and tone your arms
1) Hands facing down
2) Hands facing up
3) Hands facing downwards
4) Hands facing forward
5) Small circles (clock and anticlockwise)
6) Big circles(clock and anticlockwise)
7) Pumping of hands

*Practice entire sequence and keep increasing the counts as per your comfort
