इस जगत में केवल नियम हैं जो कि किसी के प्रति कोई भेद नहीं रखते हैं। तुम जब सीधे चलते हो तो गुरुत्वाकर्षण तुम्हें सभांलता हैं। और जब तिरछे चलते हो, वही गुरुत्वाकर्षण तुम्हें गिराता भी हैं। गुरुत्वाकर्षण न तुम्हें गिराने को उत्सुक हैं, न तुम्हें संभालने में उत्सुक हैं। वह हर हालत में उपलब्ध हैं। तुम जैसा भी उसका उपयोग करना चाहते हो, वह सदा खुला हैं। उसके व्दार बंद नहीं हैं।

My desires/expectation gives me hope, or it makes me feel optimistic, however this same desire/expectation hurts me the most too.

While studying it does happen that mind starts wandering elsewhere although the physical body of the child is present in front of the books. This depends on how much rajas, tamas gunas are present within the child. This affects the ability of the child to score marks in the exam. The handwriting of the child indicates how strongly the mind of the child wanders while studying.

As a result of this quality of the mind, the child is unable to retain the studied information, or may mug up the information. It may also lead to wastage of time as child has to repeat the activity of study several times.

1 Insecure mind (संसारी मन)
2 Secure mind(सर्म‌पित मन)
The commoners-what we call as well adjusted worldly man -lives at the first level. The insecure mind is full of fear, insecurities of ego, and it's desperate attempt to protect itself.

मैं जब भी खाली समय में, सोशल मिडिया कि जगह पर, अपने विचार को देखता हूं तो मुझे मेरी प्रमुख इच्छाओं के बारे में पता चलता हैं। मैं देख रहा हूं कि इच्छाओं को मैं कितना भी भोग लूं लेकिन इच्छा खत्म होती नहीं हैं। इच्छा माया का ही एक रुप हैं। इच्छा अनंत हैं इसलिए इच्छाओं से मुक्त होने में ही समझदारी हैं।
राजा ययाति कि कहानी इसी बात को दोहराती हैं।

मुझे जन्म मिला हैं -अपने वासनाओं(इच्छाओं) से मुक्त होने के लिए- न कि वासनाओं को भोगने(पूर्ति) के लिए। यह मुझे हरपल स्मरण में रखना हैं। तब हि मैं अपने सत-चित-आनंद स्वभाव को अनुभव कर सकता हूं। अन्यथा यह अनमोल जीवन व्यर्थ चला जायेगा और मैं इसी जन्म-मरण के मायावी दुष्चक्र में उलझा रहूंगा। हरपल चुनाव मेरा हि हैं -माया यां लीला।

मेरी जो मनःस्थिति होती है, नशे के पल में, और जो समाधि के पल में मन:स्थिति होती है - इन दोनों में एक गहरी समानता होती हैं। यह दोनों स्थितियां मुझे हर रोज, हर पल कि तनावपूर्ण मनःस्थिति से राहत देती हैं। इसलिए मुझे नशे या मनोरंजन कि लत ‌ग‌ई हैं। नशा माने केवल शराब, सेक्स नहीं बल्कि वह जो हमेशा मेरे मन पर छाया रहता है। ज्ञान, पैसे, शोहरत, मनोरंजन इत्यादि के पीछे भागना भी नशा हि है।
जो मन से न उतरे, माया कहिए सोय‌ -संत कबीर।
