Hi Friends....
Let's understand the benefits of chanting "AUM" which many of us known as "OM"
You can go through bellow video to understand the benefits but how to chant it properly is very important. I will try to explain it here but if still you wish to do it correctively can join my sessions.
1st of all breathing plays very important role here so you have to check your breathing is proper or not once that is proper, then with practice it will help you to go in self silence, then breath in and start sound of "A"..."U"... which sounds like "O" then while coming to end with closed lips sound of "M"....while chanting if do it with deep feeling and a smile at end on your face then you will definitely going feel calmness and the flow of energy in your body.
We generally chant "OM" but doing it properly and getting the results is not that easy it needs daily practice.
