- High risk in senior citizens and kids below 6 years of age.

- Usually spreads through droplets of infected people or through touch. Easily communicable through air.

Signs and Symptoms :
- cough and cold
- fever with chills
- headache or body ache
- sneezing, chest heaviness
- pneumonia in lungs (10 to 20 %)

Precautions: As we say prevention is better than cure. Avoid going in crowded places, wear your masks in crowded places, mantain your hygiene by washing your hands.

Hello everyone!!!
❤️Just a food for thought are we in India adopting western culture at a rapid speed? Are our kids giving more buisness to junk Mc Donald, frozen snacks Starbucks, dominos atleast twice a week ?

❤️Aren’t we heading towards easy food and fast tracking obesity in younger kids and teenagers who are then prone to early hypothyroidism, PCOD, obesity, depression, metabolic disorders and ADHD ?

❤️Is playing PS 4 or PS 5 or you tube shorts addicting kids leading them to sedentary life instead of playing sports outside or some activity which helps them socialising one to one in person as well and make friends instead of online friends.

❤️Are we giving enough time to family , a healthy communication instead of running after daily routine ?
❤️Aren’t we pushing kids towards complex diseases and making them mature faster than their age?

Let’s make a cheat day for kids and make them eat healthy through out week. It’s a task for parents but nothing is impossible!!!
