Dadu’s Day Out 🚗 – Mumbai..
full of chatter, hearts full of joy!
We cruised through Gateway of India, soaked in the breeze at Nariman Point, munched at Chaupati, wandered Hanging Garden, pastries and coffee and wrapped it all up with a delicious late lunch at Bandra .
Grandkids kept me on my toes—taking out the child out of me😄
A day of laughter, love, pure fun!

Excited to share my newfound love for walking, which now accompanies my long-standing yoga practice! Last week, I walked an incredible 102 km—a personal best that feels deeply rewarding. At 69, I think that’s pretty remarkable! My hope is to inspire all my senior friends to prioritize their health and fitness. My yoga routine and with the support of my amazing Healy device, I’m feeling energized and motivated like never before. Grateful for this journey! Thank you God.🙏🙏

Three days, three walks, and countless breathtaking views! 🌊☀️ Yesterday's 17.4 km Coogee to Bondi coastal walk was a true highlight—stunning beaches, fresh sea breeze, and a sense of accomplishment, along with my friends G K Sodani and Vijay Zunke. 🙌 This comes after 13.5 km and 13.3 km walks on the previous days. Not bad for someone who's not a regular walker! 🏃‍♀️ Big thanks to yoga for helping me build the stamina to enjoy this journey, and to my amazing Healy frequency device for boosting my strength and power. Grateful for the support that made this comfortable and so enjoyable. 💪🧘‍♀️ "
