🚶‍♂️We're working on the spinal reflex, covering the entire nervous system, followed by the lower back, hip, pelvis, and leg/knee areas.

I’m often asked why I chose to be a reflexologist in Mumbai.

Here’s why 👇

🌍 I trained in the UK, where reflexology is one of the top four therapies.

🦶 When I moved to India, I noticed it wasn’t seen the same way. It was mostly foot massage or foot pressing.

💫 That’s when I knew I wanted to bring authentic reflexology here not just as a treatment, but as a therapy that truly heals from within.

💆‍♀️ Today, I work with private clients and also teach reflexology, spreading awareness, one step at a time.

When you’re first introducing your body to reflexology, consistency is key to seeing real change 🌿

✨ My advice: Start with 3–4 sessions. Reflexology works holistically, gently helping your body rebalance and activate its natural healing process. Give it time to respond and settle into the benefits.

Once your main concerns ease, we move into maintenance mode. where the magic of proactive care begins 💆‍♀️

🏋️‍♂️ Every body is different; some may need weekly sessions at first, others a tune-up every six weeks. Together, we’ll find your perfect rhythm 💖
