Simply, Yoga means to join or unite - it connects our body, breath and mind through postures, breathing and meditation to improve our overall health. It can help proactively and reactively with all sorts of conditions, life phases and stages. I added yoga to my life when I moved to India 15.5 years ago and I continue to see the benefits and would recommend it to everyone. Lately, I’ve found it especially supportive in my peri/menopause journey. This year international yoga day’s theme was “Yoga for One Earth, One Health” ❤️
