Documenting the case of Chronic Hyperplastic Pulpitis (Gingival polyp) wherein localized CBCT depicted the infection was involved in furcation area (area between two roots of tooth) which lead to bone loss in nearby areas of the tooth. Hence atraumatic extraction was advised to the patient followed by 4 months of healing time. Furthermore, the bone was completely healed following the healing period then by doing some meticulous planning implant was placed in the bone by raising a full thickness flap & by performing osteotomy with the help implant specialist of Dr Abhishek Mistry

This patient walks in the clinic with slouched gait & was slightly nervous because it was his first dental visit. After diagnosing his problem it came to notice that he had met with an accident 4 years back & in that he lost his front tooth (incisor) due to which he wasn't able to smile openly. Hence the treatment of creating the smile aesthetically was performed by maintaining the natural smile contour & voilà the results were exquisite. Patient regained his confidence of smiling openly which made my day!
