'Feel-good' neurotransmitters like vasopressin and oxytocin get released in your body, making the experience relieving and peace-giving. The biggest of all, the happiness is mutual!
And of course, we live in a social ecosystem, where helping is a sign of communication and union. So, when you see someone in need, don't hesitate to go out there and lend a hand!
