Laparoscopic removal of Large 14 ovarian dermoid with torsion with almost 500cc of fat fluid and 200cc of mob of hair in the dermoid cyst wall.

Dermoid cyst typically present in young girls with pain and vomiting. Many times requiring removal of the o***y however if presented early the o***y can be conserved.

Women who feel oral contraceptive pills are dangerous to their health and its better not to use any contraception please check this table out.
Not only do oral contraceptive pills have many health benefits it also protects you from dying early due to unwanted pregnancy and its complications. Thereby significantly decreasing the mortality rates.

Having said that it's not necessary to take them. Only two indications are, if medically advised for menstrual issues or for contraception.

Yesterday was international Yoda day. I started doing Yoga regularly from 2021 regularly. I don't know how and when but it has slowly transformed my physical and mental well-being for good. I know it's a process and a long journey to completely master it. Consistency is the key.

This year I participated in a contest organised by Mumbai obstetrics and gynaecology society and won 2nd prize for my viparit karni mudra pose.

I would urge everyone to adopt it in some way or another. I even recommended it for menstrual camps, irregularities and menopausal health.

Large posterior uterine fibroid.
Notice the red uterus with cervix in front and light white pink fibroid behind. Fibroid was attached to the intestine behind. The patient complained of pain and heavy bleeding and constipation.

After removal we noticed the specimen looked like Lord Ganesha. Blessings of God who helps us to do such different and difficult cases.

A single large 10 cm fibroid and 5 cm dermoid cyst of o***y present in the same patient causing pain heaviness and urinary obstruction. Removed with a small 7-8 cm incision. Surgery time 45 min.
