Here’s the truth: yoga isn’t about being flexible, it’s about becoming aware. Flexibility is something you gain along the way — not something you need before you begin.
Another big misconception? That yoga is just stretching. Sure, you’ll lengthen your muscles, but yoga is also about building strength, balance, and resilience. It’s a practice that challenges your body and calms your mind at the same time.
