While most of the time, this fruit, yes it’s a fruit even though it’s name is a nut, Well how ironic😅. Now, coming back to the topic, this Fruit Coconut🌴 , gets a lot of hate from people for being called as unhealthy bcz being rich in saturated fats. But do you even know how healthy it is to consume a coconut.

Beyond the worldly famous Coconut Water, the cream or the fruit pulp contains tremendous amounts of nutrients. It is rich in Healthy Fats, Best source of Potassium, helps you balance electrolytes, helps better absorption of fat soluble vitamins (A,D,E,K)

"Fats" Whenever someone hear this word, all they start thinking about the it's harmful effects. But we usually ignore it's vast function in our body. How it's vital for our survival.

Not all fats are good. Not all fats are bad. You need moderate amount of fat of a balanced quality. Different types of fatty acids have different functions in our body. It is important to maintain their ratio in our dietary intake.

Transfat on the other hand: have no benefits for our body. They only have harmful effects for our health and should be completely avoided.

A blend of different kind of oils should be incorporated in our daily lives. One should include various kinds of oilseeds to balance the omega 3 ratio.

When taken in right proportions fats and oils can do magic to your body in it's well being.

•Keto diets are not designed for weight loss. They were basically designed for people suffering from epilepsy disease.

•Take your balanced meals. Include all the food groups in your diet in moderation.
•Include whole grains, whole grain flours
•Avoid refined carbs, refined sugars.

•It's not only the calories that count. The food those calories are coming from are equally important.

It is important to take that step towards your journey
