Immunity has found new importance & people have been overdoing it & harming themselves. Lots of things have been sold under the name of immunity, so pls stop falling prey to it. Instead get to work & keep building it urself -
✅Eating outside food strengthens & builds the immunity in a different way & is an essential part to teach the system to handle bacteria, infections, etc. ofcourse suddenly don't eat out at the worst possible place.
✅ Eat ghar ka balanced food by including macros fibre, proteins, carbs & fats. Then include the micros by adding nuts, seeds & 1-2 fruits everyday. Use spices like turmeric, ginger, garlic, cinnamon, jeera, hing generously in ur food & avoid overdoing concoctions for extended periods esp kids.
✅ Pls stop self medicating & self supplementing esp zinc, vitc. Overdoing antibiotics esp for virals is probably making u prone to health problems, re-infections. Instead gv it 2-3 days & start with basic meds & lots of rest, if not better then consult ur doctor. Ofcourse make sure u don't hv vit d, b12, calcium & iron deficiency.
✅Get out of ur house, u need to expose urself to the goods & bads of the outside world to build immunity.
✅ Stress lives with u, accept it & understand it to handle it better as otherwise it can bring u down.
