Story Of BookMyLab®
Idea/History:
The story of BookMyLab® started when the founder noticed that people did not even knew the Pathology/ Diagnostic Laboratories/Centers that were functional in their neighbourhood. The founder thought that it would be a great idea to list all the Pathology/ Diagnostic Laboratories/Centers on the web and provide their services as well. The start-up initially catered to the Delhi-NCR region and after the service gained popularity, the founder decided to implement the idea across the country. From the 1st day of start-up BookMyLab® has expanded operations to several new locations in the country day by day. It has also planned for future to launch international operations too. Millions of people across the Country use BookMyLab® every day to find the best Pathology/ Diagnostic Laboratories/Centers for tests in their neighbourhood.
Competition:
BookMyLab® competes with other Online Pathology/ Diagnostic test discovery, booking and sample collection from home platforms but we mainly focused on “Service Quality & Service Improvement” for Patients/Customers. Competition always stands for us at second position in our priority list.
