📡 Ultrasound Can See Everything? Not Really.

Think ultrasound is a magical, all-seeing machine? 🧙‍♂️
Reality check: It’s great for some things—but not all.

👶 Excellent for pregnancy
🫀 Soft tissues like liver, kidneys, muscles
💡 Real-time imaging, no radiation
Guidance for procedures

But…
🚫 Can’t see inside the brain clearly
