Tips to eat out :
1) Try to have a bowl of salad 🥗 or fruit like apple or papaya before going out.
2) Have a glass of chia seeds of water to avoid overeating.
3) choose whole grains (like quinoa / brown rice biryani / oats idli / tawa rotis ) rather then refined items like Naan / pizza / bhaturas.
4) If going out in day time , then outing options are tandoori roti with mix veg / pav bhaji / hakka noddles with manchurian / biryani with curd / palak paneer with tawa roti / idli with sambhar
5) if going out in dinner time then options are Tandoori soya chaap / paneer tikka / chilli paneer / chilli Manchurian/ chilli mushroom / pav bhaji / chicken tikka / grilled fish.
6) Choose water rather then colas / mocktail / juices / hard drinks to avoid extra calories.
7) Choose baked / grilled/ steamed /tandoori options rather than fried and oily stuff.
