Phoenix foundation, a de-addiction and a rehabilitation centre established in Gorai, Mumbai began its operations on the 24th June, 1999 by Mr. Sebastian Fernandes fondly known as Sabby Sir, a veteran in the same circuit. He has a team of six, who have been working in the same area with an experience of 30+ years.
