Whether it’s a young man trying to achieve the sculpted physique of a gym instructor or a teenage girl comparing herself with the airbrushed illusions in the latest fashion magazine, the tendency to associate feelings of Self-worth and Confidence with physical appearance is a difficult one to overcome for people in today’s society.
