From engaging with passionate individuals to sharing insights on movement, recovery, and holistic health, the event was a fantastic platform for connecting with the wellness community. We were inspired by the energy, enthusiasm, and commitment to well-being that filled the space.

Stress urinary incontinence (SUI) is the involuntary leakage of urine during physical activities that increase intra-abdominal pressure, such as coughing, sneezing, laughing, lifting, or exercising.
What causes SUI?

-Weakness or damage to the pelvic floor muscles
-Urethral sphincter deficiency
-Childbirth (especially va**nal deliveries)
-Aging
-Menopause (due to decreased estrogen)
-Pelvic surgery (e.g., hysterectomy)
-Chronic coughing or obesity
