Laser stapedotomy using True Blue fibre laser. Encountered a partially obliterated footplate, Managed with a combined approach: precise thinning with Skeeter microdrill followed by laser fenestration. The procedure yielded a near bloodless field, ensuring optimal intraoperative visualization. Excellent hearing improvement post-op and no signs of any thermal damage.

Honored to share that I was invited at the esteemed AOI Bihar and Jharkhand Conference in Ranchi!
Delivered a captivating talk on "Hearing Improvement after Middle Ear Surgery .Also had the privilege of moderating a insightful session on "Stapes Surgery" and a panelist in a Session. Grateful to the evergreen Dr. Prakash Moonka (President) and Dr. Samit Lal and whole team for extending the invitation and organizing this exceptional academic event. Met lot of my colleagues and friends.I must mention the warmth and Hospitality of Jharkhand is absolutely touching. I met a wonderful old lady from a village near Ranchi who was travelling on flight the first time and returning from Mumbai after meeting her son. I could see the happiness on her face the innocence of rural India and the typical language made my journey entertaining.
