Balavihar celebrations at Crescent Bay beautifully facilitated by Sevikas Punita, Mythili & Meera.
The shiv lingam made of ice was the highlight ! Panchamrit abhishek was offered by children and their parents/ grandparents. This wa followed by engaging stories, bhajans and a dance performance.

Medha Utsav celebrated at Varashree was a blend of the traditional and contemporary. Vatsala Rao , the Yajman was guided by Sevika Jaishree Rao to perform the Paduka Puja . Sevika Jaishree, then chanted the Medha suktam .
Mahima zone felicitated Smt Vatsala Rao on her winning the prize for Shark Tank. President Sarika presented a book aptly titled The women seeker to Vatsala.
Raji brought a cake for Goddess Saraswati s birthday. We all sang Janmadinam for the Devi and the Balavihar kids cut the cake .
Melodious bhajans were sung together with devotion . We ended with Aarti and sumptuous variety of prasad .

Celebrating the 50th Year of Chinmaya Yuva Kendra(CHYK), CHYK Mumbai are happy to launch an ONLINE course on VALMIKI Ramayana which is Ramayana as it happened. Many of us have not read it and are unaware of the facts. We consider the serials, web-series and movies on Ramayana as our valid sources of information. Let us study Valmiki Ramayana and understand the glory of Bhagawan Rama who as a human being demonstrates to us how to live Dharma Uncompromisingly.
