🌿 1. Add Probiotic-Rich Foods
Incorporate yogurt (dairy-free if needed), kefir, kombucha, kimchi, sauerkraut, or homemade pickles to boost good bacteria.

🥦 2. Fuel Up on Probiotics
Eat fiber-rich foods like bananas, oats, garlic, onions, and asparagus to feed the good bacteria in your gut.
