🧣One month ago, I found myself standing on the edge of a breathtaking valley in Kashmir 🏔️ the cool mountain breeze brushing against my face. The world seemed to slow down... Snow-capped peaks towering in the distance, lush green meadows, and the serene Dal Lake 🌊 shimmering under the sun.

❤️ The warm hospitality of the locals, their smiles as inviting as the landscape itself. We shared stories over a 🫖 Kahwa and Kulchas, the rich aroma filling the air.

🍃While the mountains stood silently, as if guarding centuries of history. Each corner of Kashmir told a different story, from its vibrant markets to the quiet, peaceful afternoons by the lake.

🌶️ Curry (Spices): Spicy foods, like curries, can irritate the stomach lining and trigger acid reflux or indigestion. Spices, particularly those that are hot or pungent, can stimulate the production of stomach acid, leading to discomfort or a burning sensation after eating. Foods that are bland—low in spice level and with a moderate thermal temperature—tend to be gentler on the stomach, reducing the chances of acidity.

🤯 Worry (Stress): Emotional stress and anxiety can lead to the release of stress hormones that affect digestion. Stress can increase the production of stomach acid and reduce the efficiency of the digestive system, making it harder for the body to properly process food, which can lead to acidity and discomfort.

🍝 Hurry (Eating Fast): Eating too quickly can result in swallowing air and overloading the stomach. This can cause indigestion, bloating, and an increased likelihood of acid reflux. When we eat too fast, we often don’t chew food properly, making it harder for the stomach to break it down, which can contribute to acidity.

🌸 On the other hand, consuming food that is bland in flavor (low in spice), not too hot or cold (moderate in temperature), and easier on the digestive system is less likely to trigger acidity. Opting for such foods can help prevent discomfort and maintain a balanced digestive process.
