Card 1:
If you have chosen card 1, then you are someone who picks up energy fast and from everyone. If a place is tense, you feel it. If people are excited, you get pulled into it. Your energy moves quickly, which can leave you drained or reactive. The key is to slow yourself down.
Daily practice:
*Before responding to anything, take one deep breath and then speak.
*Move your body every day (walk, swim, excercise) to release built-up energy.
*Limit how much chaos you engage with, you don’t have to join every conversation or situation.
Card 2:
You are someone who absorbs energy quietly and holds onto it. You may carry emotions for a long time, even when they’re not yours. It is difficult for you to let go. This can make you feel heavy or stuck. Your work is to let go.
Daily practice:
*At the end of the day, ask yourself “what am I holding that isn’t mine?” and consciously release it. *Keep small boundaries, say no when needed, take breaks from people, and don’t overextend yourself.
*Lighten your load regularly by meditation and Yoga.
Card 3:
You are someone who picks up emotional energy, especially from past situations and people. Even when you’ve moved on, you can still feel connected or affected. Your strength is knowing when to step back.
Daily practice:
*Give yourself quiet time daily, no phone, no noise.
*If something feels heavy, distance yourself instead of overthinking it.
*Remind yourself: “I’ve already walked away, I don’t need to carry this again.”
