Case - Patient complained of pain in lower right back region of jaw since 3 days.
Treatment plan - Extraction with 48.

Note - The OPG being a 2D view of the jaw didn't provide comprehensive details on the tooth in question. Upon clinical examination mid treatment, turns out it is a surgical case after all !
The 4 rooted dilacerated wisdom tooth which appeared 2 rooted with distal root resorption was such a deception !
