From an early age we are taught to excel at everything we do- be it studies, sports, music, etc. In the midst of this chaos, we must do our bit to look after ourselves as well. It’s not bad to excel at work, but it is equally important to work on your health! 👩‍⚕️

Try inculcating discipline in your everyday lifestyle. Workout 4-5 times a week, cut out on junk and prioritise your health on a daily basis. 📆
