✨🌿 HAPPY JANMASHTAMI! 🌿✨

Today we celebrate the birth of Lord Krishna — the divine lover of makhan (butter), milk, and all things nourishing. 🥛🧈

Did you know?

Dairy foods like milk, curd, and butter were central to Krishna’s childhood stories, and they’re also packed with calcium and protein for strong bones and energy. 💪

Traditional Janmashtami prasad like panjiri, makkhan-mishri, and fruits are not just symbolic but also rich in nutrients that give instant energy during fasting. 🍇🍎

Adding nuts and seeds to your festive recipes can make them wholesome, balancing tradition with modern nutrition. 🌰🌻

🌸 This Janmashtami, let’s celebrate with foods that nourish both body and soul — honoring our culture while taking small steps towards mindful eating. 🌸

🙏 Wishing you a divine and healthy Janmashtami! 🙏

This is what we are going towards, AI has come to make our work easy and not completely replace us. AI would curate a diet chart or give a solution to any of your queries only depending upon what information you have given to it, whereas doctors & nutritionists ask upfrontly to the clients & do a deep analysis of their condition & then prescribe a diet or any medications.

AI is meant to make our work easy but I feel by using AI people are not using their brain at all. Blindly depending on AI the new generation is making notes, assignments etc. AI does not generate 100% accurate results & the answer it gives is depending upon the data it has & as it doesn't have its own brain it just gives the answers depending upon the data it has & does not analyse or evaluate like how humans do.

🌱3Fs to Prevent Incomplete Evacuation: Fibre, Fruits, and Fermented Foods🌱

🚶‍♂️ Many of us struggle with incomplete evacuation, a common digestive issue that leaves us feeling uncomfortable and bloated. The good news? You can take charge of your gut health with these 3 simple and natural solutions – the 3Fs! 💡

🍃 FIBRE: A diet rich in fiber is key to maintaining smooth bowel movements. Whole grains, legumes, and leafy greens are excellent sources that help bulk up your stool and ease digestion. 🌾

🍇 FRUITS: Fresh fruits, especially those rich in water content like papaya, apples, and berries, provide the body with essential nutrients and help regulate bowel movements with their natural fiber content. 🍏

🥣 FERMENTED FOODS: Fermented foods like yogurt, kefir, kimchi, and sauerkraut are full of probiotics, the good bacteria that aid digestion, restore gut health, and promote a balanced microbiome. 🍶

By incorporating these 3Fs into your daily routine, you'll support your digestive system and prevent the discomfort of incomplete evacuation. 🚽 Start small, make it a habit, and feel the difference!

🌿 ANCIENT WISDOM MEETS MODERN HEALTH: Ayurveda's Timeless Approach to Wellness 🌿

✨ Today, I had an enlightening session on *AYURVEDA, and it amazed me how much ancient practices align with modern health trends. One concept that really caught my attention was INTERMITTENT FASTING—something many consider a "new" health practice, but guess what? Our ancestors practiced it as FASTING* centuries ago! 🧘‍♀️🥗

📜 According to the **Charak Samhita**, one of Ayurveda's foundational texts, many dietary principles we follow today were already documented thousands of years ago. From balancing meals 🍽️ to mindful eating 🧠, Ayurveda truly understood the deep connection between food and overall health.

And here's something even more remarkable: LORD KRISHNA🕉️—widely revered for his wisdom—was not only the first PSYCHOLOGIST 🧠 but also the first DIETICIAN 🍎! His teachings emphasized a holistic approach, balancing mental, emotional, and physical well-being—a philosophy that resonates strongly in today's world. 🌍💪

It's incredible to realize that while science is advancing, we're rediscovering the age-old wisdom our ancestors practiced 🙌. AYURVEDA reminds us that true health is about aligning with nature's rhythm, not just following trends 🌱✨.

Let’s embrace this timeless wisdom for a healthier, more balanced life! 💚🌿
