Weight reduction is a challenge nowadays for everyone; but doing it in the right way in the right direction is more important rather than just loosing weight
Few tips regarding weight loss for all body types
▪︎ Always stay positive, think good and feel good about yourself
▪︎ Drink water as you wake up
▪︎ Don't Skip Breakfast
▪︎ Eat early in the evening atleast 2 hours before bedtime
▪︎ Have a good sleep schedule
▪︎ Be active whole day and moving
▪︎ Practice Yoga 🧘‍♂️ Everyday or atleast 5 days a week
