In order to realize one's goals, action is required to reach it, small and long term actions else it stays an idea only in one's mind.

One trip is to an addict - what sugar is to a diabetic.
Every addict remains sober only till that one trip, after which it's all back to square one or even worse.

At DAIRRC it is emphasized that any person with an addictive personality should never ever attempt to risk sobriety by attempting his own drug of choice, or any other mind altering substance or harmful behaviour. It always fails!

Most of the people who come to our community centre, learn how to turn a crisis into an opportunity. Life is very random and tough times like losing a loved one, a divorce, financial loss, etc can occur in most people's lives at some point.
But if you are certain that you will turn the crisis into an opportunity and grow from it then life will continue to be beautiful.
