40 years old female patient married since 12 years , hysteroscopic polypectomy done in past, multiple IVF cycles at different IVF Centres, first Down's syndrome spontaneous pregnancy a year back conceived again spontaneously with proper treatment, explanation and of course TLC. Delivered on American independence day by Lscs. Patient's faith in treating doctor, booster to determination, detailed counselling is important. Patient at this age of 40 years do conceive, is a fact. This is third pregnancy at my hospital but remember every day is not Sunday.

Our journey to becoming parents came with challenges — conceiving naturally seemed difficult at one point. Thanks to his care, we were able to conceive naturally, and today we are proud parents to a healthy baby.
