Celebrating Women’s Day with Creative Expression and Healing
This Women’s Day, I had the opportunity to introduce to the women employees of Naval Dockyard the transformative power of Creative Art Therapy—a holistic approach that combines art, music, movement, and storytelling to promote emotional well-being.
We explored how different forms of creative therapy help in stress relief, emotional regulation, and self-exploration, making it an essential tool for mental health. Through artistic expression, we can process emotions, build resilience, and find inner strength.
Art has a language of its own, and when words fall short, creativity speaks. Grateful to have shared this experience with incredible women!
