👉🏻 Follicular Phase - needs foods that can detox excess estrogen and healthy fats & nutrients to support follicle growth
👉🏻 Ovulatory Phase - high energy phase, can support intermittent fasting, fresh salads, anti-inflammatory foods
👉🏻 Luteal Phase - body needs more calories, so focus on eating more quantity and satiating foods, progesterone supporting foods, more complex carbs and lots of protein to lower cravings & PMS.
