Finally framed on my wall — one of my rarest treasures. ✨

I collected this masterpiece recently, but the artwork itself was created almost 25 years ago by a renowned Pattachitra artist from Raghurajpur, Odisha.

A delicate hand-painting on tassar silk, made with natural colours, carrying the calm vibration of traditional Indian art.

At the centre sits Gautama Buddha in meditation, surrounded by disciples under the Bodhi tree. Around the borders, the artist has beautifully narrated different moments from Buddha’s life through small circular panels — like a visual scripture unfolding scene by scene.
What makes this piece even more special is that the storytelling follows the traditional Pattachitra narrative, but the artistic form and composition are slightly different from the usual style, giving it a very distinctive character while preserving the heritage.

It feels less like a painting…

and more like a 25-year-old story of wisdom, nature, and awakening preserved in colour.

Grateful to finally give this timeless artwork its place on my wall.

Real empowerment of women entrepreneurs is not in panel discussions, photo sessions, or dialogues about “women empowerment.”

Real empowerment is structured learning, mentorship, and long-term handholding.

One global initiative that truly walks this talk is the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Women Program.

Since its launch in 2008, the program has supported 320,000+ women entrepreneurs across more than 150 countries, helping them access business education, networks, and capital.

In India alone, 3,800+ women entrepreneurs have already been trained through partnerships with institutions like Indian Institute of Management Bangalore and other premier institutes.

Last year, I completed the first-level 3-month Goldman Sachs 10,000 Women program with NSRCEL , IIM Bangalore.

And last month, I completed the “Accelerate Your Growth” program at the Indian School of Business (ISB).

Let me clarify something many people misunderstand.

It is not just a 4-day program.

Those four days are only the immersive classroom learning.
The real journey continues with 8 weeks of structured assessment, implementation, and strategic review of your business.

That’s what makes it different.

This program is a real eye-opener for entrepreneurs — pushing you to rethink strategy, scalability, financial discipline, and leadership mindset.

And the most inspiring part?

It is a completely funded program — including learning, stay, and food at a five-star hotel — because the belief is simple:

If women founders grow, economies grow.

This is what real ecosystem support looks like.

“Tumse nahi ho payega.”

If I had believed that sentence,
I wouldn’t be here today.

My journey began with rejection, failure, insecurity, and self-doubt. I was told I wasn’t enough — not confident enough, not capable enough, not strong enough.

But pain has a strange power.

If you don’t let it break you, it builds you.
From that pain, a purpose was born.
Today, our work has impacted 17,000+ lives across 30+ countries. 🌍

And yet… the second chapter as a woman entrepreneur brought a different kind of challenge.

Investor meetings where you’re subtly underestimated.

Authorities who take you for granted.
Rooms where “women empowerment” is discussed loudly — but acceptance is silent.
Let’s be honest — policies are improving.
There are good investors.

There are progressive officials trying to change the ecosystem.
But the ground reality?
Still evolving.

And here’s what I’ve learned —
When someone says,
“Tumse nahi ho payega…”
I smile and respond internally,
“Hum se hi ho payega.”

Because doubt from others has always been my fuel.

A proud milestone for the state with the addition of TNest, the first Incubation & Innovation Hub of Tripura. As startup stakeholders, we were honored to be part of this historic moment.

The occasion was graced by Hon’ble Chief Minister Dr. Manik Saha sir , Hon’ble Union Minister of State Dr Jitendra Singh sir and Hon’ble Vice Chairman of NITI Aayog, Shri Suman Berry sir , along with other esteemed dignitaries.

We were delighted that the dignitaries visited the BlessMe pavilion, interacted with us, and showed keen interest in our vision—affirming that innovation rooted in culture and consciousness truly belongs on the national stage.

From the Northeast to the nation—Tripura isn’t just participating anymore.
We’re accelerating, building, and leaving our mark.
