A scientific system, gone into cold storage and vaidyas remaining in stone age needs to be shaken up.

Stage of Awakening is for those who are satisfied within for whatever they have, though it may not be useful to patients in severe pain. To Awakening them for needs of modern age patients is Awakening.

The doctors who have gotten clarity of patient's need for urgent pain control, need a perception change, accepting the fusion of traditional knowledge and modern technology is important here. The transfer of techniques happens here.

The empowered doctor can now take up & help the patients in acute pain independently.

आपले खाणे हेच आपले शरीर घडवत असते. अशावेळी आपण काय खायचे आणि काय नाही याचे काही सामान्य नियम असतात, पण बऱ्याच वेळा जिभेकडे जास्त लक्ष दिल्याने या खाण्यापिण्याच्या नियमांकडे दुर्लक्ष करून, काही वेळा तर केवळ चविकडे लक्ष देऊन, बरेच पदार्थ बनवले जातात. त्या पदार्थांमध्ये आपल्या शरीराला काय गरज आहे काय नाही, पोषक तत्वांचा त्यामध्ये समावेश आहे अथवा नाही, शरीराला यातून बाधा वा त्वचा, श्वासाचे, पचन विकार होऊ शकते, दीर्घ काळ सेवनाने मधुमेह, हृदय, BP, कैंसर सारखे वेगवेगळे रोगही येऊ शकतात या सगळ्याचा विचार न करता पदार्थ बनवले जातात, केवळ आकर्षक दिसावेत चवीला चांगले लागावेत याच गोष्टींचा विचार करून हे पदार्थ बनवले जातात, गोंडस नाव दिले जाते, फास्ट फूड, जंक फूड प्रोसेस फूड आदी.
आयुर्वेद मात्र सर्वसमावेशक आहे. या पदार्थांच्या मागे केवळ चवीचा उद्देश आहे.
लहान मुले, एवढेच काय आपल्यातही दडलेले लहान मूल या पदार्थांना टाळू शकत नाही. अशा वेळी थोडेफार बदल करून हे पदार्थ चविष्ट असतील, पण शरीराला हानीकारक नसतील, कधीकधी शरीराला पोषकही असतील, याचसाठी हा जंग भी हेल्थ भी असा प्रयत्न आहे.

GENERAL Practitioners aka FAMILY Doctors can be front runners in managing SECOND WAVE in Maharashtra. THEY have ability, affection, confidence and experience, to tackle the rising numbers. Patience to check all details of each & every patient.
Early Detection,
Early diagnosis,
Early treatment and max management thru Home quarantine is only achievable if family doctors are taken into confidence and not put under pressure or threat of Epidemic act, or disaster management act.
They don't expect accolades nor do they want a glamorous onstage rewards, only assurance that they would be treated at par with Govt officials and won't be threatened.
A small training of Guidelines, line of action, showing red flags, would help to control 90% of second WAVE. To reach every GP and train them online can be taken up by NGO and medical associations or war footing.
Maybe the same workforce will help in vaccinations too.
