Soda doesn't replace any of the water you lose—in fact, because it increases your body's production of urine, it makes dehydration worse.

On the contrary, the drinks listed above are better than soda in terms of quenching thirst and have lesser calories

When it comes to health and well being, no complicated algorithms are necessary. Mere lack of sustainability is the most common reason why most diets backfire. Sometimes the obvious answer is the right answer. Eat right, make healthy choices, and move more; that's all it takes to develop a fit lifestyle.
