Long before I was a trained psychologist, I was a poet. I started writing in my diary around 25 years ago. I realised it was a way to express myself and keep myself sane when things got tough. I still employ this method of expression whenever I am overwhelmed.
If there is one thing I would like to share on World Su***de Prevention Day, it is to find your ways of expression. Expression with yourself and with people around you, be it a professional or a friend.

An International Gestalt trainer, Psychologist and Life Coach, Prof Dr. Yaron Ziv has had the opportunity to study with Laura Perls, Erving Polster, Joseph Zinker, Sonia Nevis, Gary Yontef and Lynn Jacobs with accruing more than 30 years of experience in Gestalt Therapy.

In February 2018, Dr. Yaron will conduct a 7 day Couse in Gestalt Methods in Mumbai for the first time.

Dr. Yaron is the first person in India to customise his training to include Life Coaches as well in his Gestalt Methods training course.

Dr. Yaron has held many successful Gestalt courses in Delhi and Bangalore in the last year. He also conducts Gestalt Methods training in Israel, USA, Germany and South Africa.

Quiet Whisperings

I sat in quiet contemplation moving within
With diverse thoughts and ideas filled to the brim
Looking inward probing through the good and bad
Memories in my life coloured with every experience I ever had

A breath of contemplation I allowed myself to take
In hopes of a renewed vigor in me to awake
The fervent air coursing through my sombre being reflected
Everything that I had chose to integrate and what I had deflected

Easing myself into a deeper power of awareness
Letting myself go into the vacant vast of the abyss
Surrendering everything that I was feeling inside
I choose to acknowledge every incident and memory with a sense of pride
