Obesity is a growing epidemic, as more people than ever are struggling to control their weight.
Increased portion sizes are thought to contribute to overeating and unwanted weight gain.

People tend to eat almost all of what they serve themselves. Therefore, controlling portion sizes can help prevent overindulging

Here are few tips to measure and control portion sizes:
- Handful proteins which includes pulses and Dal
- 2 palms of vegetables that includes bel peppers, broccoli and cauliflower
- Fist of rice chapatti and sweet potatoes
- Thumb sized mixed nuts , peanut butter and oil should be included

Smoothies can be a great on-the-go snack or breakfast any time of year. They're delicious, easy, and a great way to pack in lots of nutrients in one very portable serving.
Our nutritious Papaya-Kiwi smoothie will help you to relieve constipation.

Papaya aids in digestion because if its papain content, and has 16% more vitamin C than oranges!

Kiwifruit contains a mix of both insoluble and soluble fiber. It also contains pectin, which has been shown to have a natural laxative effect.

Curd is a probiotic dairy product. The beneficial bacteria present in the curd are known to soothe the inflamed digestive system and is great for treating an upset stomach.

The fiber in chia is made up of 85% insoluble fiber and 15% soluble. When chia comes into contact with water, it forms a gel. In the gut this can help the stools to get soft and makes them easier to pass.

Dates are great source of dietary fiber that acts as constipation relief and can help to regulate the digestive system. It boasts nearly equal amounts of both soluble and insoluble fiber.

Preparation:
- Deseed the papaya and peel of the skin
- Peel the kiwi
- Cut the kiwi & papaya
- Add all the ingredients in the blender
- Blend till it has a smooth texture
- Pour it in glass and enjoy
