Client progress and long way to still go.
But she has been very patient and consistent throughout the journey.
And with having both of them she has observed a very good inch loss , reduced hairfall , bloating which has disappeared completely , improved energy levels , feels light , regular periods , reduced food cravings and also has seen improvement in her workout now.

But it’s been five months and now she has overcome the fear of the word healthy and has also lost good amount of inches as well.
Now she loves eating healthy and her family too.
So here is an example that Healthy can be Happy too you just have to understand the right things about it.
